About the systems.

What makes your templates unique?

Vernaline uses Notion, a tool often associated with productivity, in a different way. Instead of focusing on output or optimization, our templates are designed to support reflection, rhythm, and intentional pacing.

They’re built to adapt to real life, rather than asking life to adapt to the system.

Who are these templates for?

They’re for people who want structure without pressure, and who feel that traditional productivity systems move faster than their energy allows.

If you’re looking for a more humane relationship with time, you’re likely in the right place.

Do I need to be “good at planning”?

Not at all. The templates are designed to meet you where you are. You’re encouraged to use them imperfectly, adjust them freely, and return to them in your own rhythm.

Are the templates suitable for beginners?

You don’t need to be a Notion expert to use our templates. We do, however, assume a basic level of digital fluency.

If you’re new to Notion, we don’t provide introductory tutorials, but a simple YouTube search will offer clear and accessible introductions to help you get started.

Using the templates.

How can I access the templates?

After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to the template via a Notion link.

You can duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace and begin using it right away.

No additional software or subscriptions are required beyond a free Notion account.

How can I customize the templates?

You’re free to customize the templates in any way that Notion allows.

Each template includes a welcome page with gentle guidance on how to use it, along with suggestions for personalization. You’re encouraged to adapt the system so it fits your life, rather than trying to use it “correctly.”

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

No, a free Notion account is all you need.

At Vernaline, we aim to keep our systems as accessible as possible.

Will these templates work on mobile or tablet?

The templates are developed on desktop and laptop and are visually optimized for larger screens.

That said, they work functionally on any device that supports Notion, including mobile and tablet.

Expectation & boundaries.

Can I try a template for free?

Some Vernaline templates and resources are offered for free as a way to explore the philosophy and approach.

Paid templates aren’t available for trial before purchase. With the information provided, we trust you’re able to make a considered decision that feels right for you.

What is your refund policy?

That’s a fair question, especially with digital products.

Because all Vernaline products are digital, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns.

We aim to provide clear and detailed information on each product page so you can make a considered decision before purchasing. Once you choose to work with a Vernaline system, we treat that choice as a commitment; not to us, but to yourself, your pace, and your wellbeing.

If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with one of our free templates to explore the approach first.

Can I share the templates?

You’re welcome to invite others into your own workspace, but templates aren’t licensed to be copied, shared, or redistributed outside your workspace.

Vernaline systems are designed as personal containers, and we generally recommend using them as a private space for reflection and honesty.

Why the premium price point?

Vernaline templates are priced to support depth over volume.

Each system is designed with care, tested over time, and created to be returned to again and again, not rushed through or replaced quickly. The pricing reflects an intention to create long-lasting, sustainable tools rather than disposable downloads.

There are no flash sales, urgency-based launches, or pressure to buy everything. You’re invited to choose only what feels supportive, when it feels right.

Can I request a custom template?

That is a thoughtful idea. At this time, we don’t offer custom template work.

However, if you have an idea or a need that aligns with the Vernaline philosophy, you’re welcome to reach out. We’re always listening, and future systems often grow from shared questions and patterns.

Updates & ongoing support.

Are updates included?

Vernaline templates are designed to be evergreen and usable across many seasons and life changes.

They’re released as finished systems rather than evolving products. That said, if we do create updates or improvements in the future, existing users will receive those updates at no additional cost.

When are new templates released?

We don’t work with fixed release schedules or strict launch timelines.

Each template is developed at its own pace and released when it’s ready. If you’d like to stay informed about new releases, you can do so through our email newsletter, YouTube channel, or Instagram; all shared intentionally and without frequent promotion.

Where can I find additional guidance?

We share behind-the-scenes videos and real-life use cases through our YouTube channel. When relevant, these videos are linked directly on the product pages to provide additional context and inspiration.

Staying in touch.

How can I provide feedback?

The best way to reach us is via email or the contact form on the website.

We read YouTube comments when possible, though we may not respond to each one individually. Instagram is used only occasionally and isn’t the most reliable way to get in touch.

Can I collaborate with Vernaline?

Potentially, yes.

Vernaline is open to collaborations with creators, tools, or communities exploring gentle structure, cyclical living, burnout recovery, or alternative approaches to productivity. Any collaboration is considered carefully and only pursued if it supports autonomy, sustainability, and intentional use.
